Program for Educators in Health Professions - 2022 Scholar

This year-long course provides advance instruction in health professions education management and leadership, educational learning theory, assessment methodology, successful implementation of curricular change, change management, conflict resolution, and innovation effectiveness.

Specific themes of the program include: the science of learning, teaching skills & strategies, inquiry and evidence in education, curriculum design, examining your assumptions, leadership development, and innovations in education.

My Scholars’ project was Constructing a data-driven programmatic evaluation process of the preclinical curriculum in medical knowledge.
